13 Weeks in the Wagon!
Good Afternoon,
The days continue to fly by here at school as we progress on our learning journey this school year. We talk a lot in class about the learning process, and what that means; learning a little each day and building on what we have already learned. Then along the way of the process we see truly just how much growth we make if we have that mindset, and I am very proud of the student's daily efforts to push for continued growth in the learning process.
Week in Review:
Math: Students celebrated the end of the unit with some fun, interactive math games as we began to transition to our next unit in the last couple of days.
Writing: Students have begun their opinion writing unit. We have a lot of writers that are motivated the change the world with their writing!
Reading: Nothing is getting past this class of detectives as we are in a deep dive into our mystery books, and the readers are doing a tremendous job!
Content: Students worked on passion projects this week! They used their research skills learned in content to put together a presentation on something they are passionate about!
